I am a reflexologist in Mankato Minnesota.  I graduated from the Modern Institute of Reflexology out of Denver, Colorado. 

I am a full spectrum reflexologist.  What that means is that I will massage the feet with  my hands along with a machine.  The machine is much more effective at getting into the reflexes than just using my hands. I may also use near infra-red light and possibly essential oils.

I am passionate about helping you want your life span to equal your health span.

My name is Teresa Samuelsen. I reside in Mankato, Minnesota with my husband. I consider myself a life long learner, healer and teacher. Not necessarily in that order.

Summer is my favorite time of the year, and since I live in Minnesota it is also a very short season.  So I try to make the best of it while I can.  I love sitting outside watching all that nature has to offer.
